Nope, it's general Darion. He commands the german galactic troops. He's one of the 15 generals that controls the Rocket/Galactic alliance.

As for Cyrus, or Commander Cyrus, he's the leader of Team Galactic. He and Commander War rule the vicious army.

Erika: What's that smell?!

Resistance Leader: Smells like... human corpses!

Fire hound starts spitting lava. Erika jumps backwards

But the fire hound quickly throws flaming bolt at the water spell, leaving only steam.

Erika summons water pokemons, while King Tirion charges at the fire hound but gets throwned away.

The fire hound rushes at the Resistance Leader, but misses him, leaving a hole in the wall.

Resistance Leader: We either have a choice: run or fight him. Either way, time is not on our side

As you leave you hear Resistance Leader calling for reinforcement

He throws a green bottle at Erika and hits her. Erika gets paralyzed. As so is King Tirion.

He then focuses on you.

Galactic Scientist: Ah a new test subject!
